The workshop of three days entitled Unfold the mystery of Chemistry on “How to remove fear of Organic Chemistry” which included Reaction Mechanism, Whole of Stereochemistry, Basics of Analytical Chemistry organized on 5th May 2023 to 7th May 2023 by Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DU), Salod(H), Wardha Maharashtra, India. The workshop began with a Inaugural ceremony i.e. lighting of lamp and welcome address by Mrs. Sukeshini Lote, Convenor of the event, and the Inaugural address by Dr. Anil Pethe, Convener of the event. The keynote address was delivered by the renowned personality in the field of healthcare domain Dr. S. S. Patel, Chief Advisor, DMIHER (DU), who has explained the difficulty for the chemistry subject. The other dignitaries who were present on the dias were Dr. Deepak Khobragade, Dean Academics, Dr. Surendra Agrawal, Dr. Awdhut Pimpale, Co-convenor, Ms. Parnita Jirvankar, Organizing Secretary Ms. Nikhita Chambhare Organizing Secretary. After ending this inaugural ceremony of the workshop, the session by the invited guest was started. The program progressed with the first session by Professor Dr Narendra Kotagale Professor, Govt. College of Pharmacy, Amravati and Adjunct faculty DMCP delivered his session on Topic: “How to remove fear of Organic Chemistry” The second chief guest Dr Nishikant Raut Professor, UDPS, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur and Adjunct faculty DMCP with session of Basics of Analytical Chemistry. Day 2 started with chief guest Dr. Saurabh Khadse, professor, RC Patel Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Shirpur with topic “Reaction Mechanism” and 2nd chief guest Professor, Dr. Vivekanand Chatpalliwar SNJB college of Pharmacy, Chand wad, Nashik with topic “Whole of Stereochemistry”. It was a mesmerizing talk by him and which set the tone for further chemistry workshops. Day 3 was kept for the doubt clearing session with all the eminent chief guest where the students and even the staff members had a very good interaction with the guest speakers. The students participated in the workshop were awarded with the certificates. All the talks were very well received and appreciated by the participants. The concluding remarks were delivered by Dr Surendra Agrawal and the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Awdhut Pimpale, Convener of the workshop.

The One-day seminar entitled Understanding Chemical Reaction Mechanism and Drug Solubility organized on 17th June by Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy, Datta Meghe Institute of Higher Education and Research (DU), Salod (H), Wardha Maharashtra, India. The seminar began with a Inaugural ceremony i.e. lighting of lamp and the Inaugural address given by Parnita Jirvankar co-convenor. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Anil Pethe, Principal DMCP, DMIHER (DU), who has explained the difficulty and challenges faced for this basic topic. The other dignitaries who were present on the dias were Dr. Deepak Khobragade, Dean Academics, Dr. Surendra Agrawal, Ms. Parnita Jirvankar, Co-convenor, Ms. Nikhita Chambhare Organizing Secretary. After ending this inaugural ceremony of the workshop, the session by the invited guest was started. The program progressed with the first session by Dr. Prashant Kharkar, Professor, ICT, Mumbai. on Topic: “Understanding Chemical Reaction Mechanism” The second chief guest Dr. Nilesh Mahajan, Balpande college of Pharmacy, Nagpur, and Adjunct faculty DMCP with session of drug Solubility. At last, there was the doubt clearing session with all the eminent chief guest where the students and even the staff members had a very good interaction with the guest speakers. The students participated in the workshop were awarded with the certificates. All the talks were very well received and appreciated by the participants. The concluding remarks were delivered by Dr Surendra Agrawal and the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Darshan Telange.

The Controlled Release Society Indian Chapter National Symposium on “Computer Aided Drug Delivery” was successfully organized on 2nd July 2022 by Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy (DMCOP), DMIMS (DU), Wardha, Maharashtra, India. The conference began with a welcome address by Dr. Anil Pethe, Convener of the event, and the Inaugural address by Dr. Parizad Elchidana, Principal Technical Advisor, ACG World, Mumbai & President, Controlled Release Society, Indian Local Chapter. While speaking on this occasion, Dr. Parizad briefed about the CRS and the various scientific activities organized by the CRSIC. She specifically mentioned that this is the first offline conference of CRSIC after the COVID-19 Pandemic. The keynote address was delivered by the renowned personality in the field of healthcare domain Dr.Ved Prakash Mishra, Pro-Chancellor, DMIMS (DU), who has opined that the usage of computers is not only restricted to drug discovery or design but is also expanded to drug delivery as well. He has inspired and motivated the participants with his insightful comments on the current status of pharmaceutical research in India as compared to other nations, especially China. The inaugural session was concluded with the grand felicitation of Dr. Milind Umekar, The National President-elect of APTI by all the dignitaries.

The various scientific sessions were delivered by Prof. Evans Coutinho, Bombay College of Pharmacy, Mumbai, Prof. Prashant Kharkar, ICT Mumbai, Mr. Abhikumar Turakhiya, Glenmark Mumbai, and Dr. Anant Ketkar, Simulation plus, Mumbai.
The one-day symposium witnessed a couple of eminent speakers in the research domain of drug delivery, 81 scientific poster presentations, and more than 250 participants from various colleges and industries across the nation. The three best scientific poster presenters were awarded with a certificate, memento, and cash prize. Dr. Datta Pawde (NMIMS Shirpur), Mr. Rohit Pawar (ICT Mumbai), and Ms. Suchita Mishra (UDPS Nagpur) received 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, respectively.
The concluding remarks were delivered by Dr. Nilesh Mahajan, EC member CRSIC and the vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Anil Pethe, Convener of the symposium and CRSIC EC member.
The program ended with the National anthem.

Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy, Wardha of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha successfully conducted a one-day National level e-seminar on the topic "Lipid Based Formulations: Advantages, Technological advances, and Industrial Applications" for the researchers in an online mode on 21st May 2022. The program was started at 10:00 am with Saraswati Vandana. More than 200 participants have attended this online event. The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Anil M. Pethe, which was followed by Opening Remarks by Hon. Dr. S.S. Patel Sir, Chief Coordinating officer of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Wardha. The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Pradeep Vavia, Director, ICT-IOC Bhubaneshwar. During his keynote address, he wonderfully explained the lipid-based drug delivery system by citing a few case studies of marketed products. The program progressed with the first session by Prof. Om Prakash Katare, Panjab University Chandigarh on the topic "Liposome Technology: A gateway to open a new window '. Dr. Katare shared his experiences with the technology transfer of liposomal products. An exciting session was delivered by Dr. Arun Kedia MD, VAV Lifesciences, and Mumbai. He spoke on "Phospholipids: Biocompatible excipient for drug delivery". He beautifully explained phospholipids and their role in lipid-based drug delivery. Post lunch session began with an excellent talk by Dr. Subhashis Chakraborty, Head of Global Product Management, ACG, Mumbai on the very interesting topic "Pastilles in capsules". All the talks were very well received and appreciated by the participants. The program was ended with concluding remarks by Professor Surendra Agrawal, DMCP Wardha.

Datta Meghe College of Pharmacy, Wardha of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur successfully conducted a one-day e-seminar on Nano formulation-based drug delivery system for the researchers in online mode on 29th January 2022. The program was started at 10:00 am with Saraswati Vandana. More than 375 participants have attended this online event. Opening remarks for the webinar were given by Dr. Anil M. Pethe. followed by a Keynote address by Dr. S.S. Patel Sir, Chief Coordinating officer of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur. The program progressed with the first session by Ketkee Deshmukh Ph. D. (Tech) in Pharmaceutics Deshmukh on the topic "Lipid-based drug delivery systems: Exploring the formulation toolbox" She wonderfully explained the lipid based drug delivery system. Another session was delivered by Tushar Rajyaguru Ph.D. (Pharmacuetical Sciences) Rajyaguru. In his talk on "Liposomal drug delivery: Lab to Commercialization", He beautifully explained the industrial aspects of liposomal drug delivery. Post lunch session began with an excellent talk by Prof. S.S. Chalikwar on "Shelf life assessment of pharmaceuticals using sigma plot: An emerging software-based technique". The last session of the day was delivered by Clara Fernandes on the very interesting topic "Nano solutions for improved drug delivery" All the talks were very well received and appreciated by the participants. The program was ended with concluding remarks by Dr. Babaji Ghewade, Registrar of DMIMS University.

The program was started at 10:00 am with Saraswati Vandana. More than 400 teacher participants have attended this online event. Opening remarks for the FDP were given by Dr. Anil M. Pethe, which was followed by a Keynote address by the eminent personality Dr. Vedprakash Mishra Sir Hon. Pro-Chancellor of Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur. It was a mesmerizing talk by him and which set the tone for FDP. The program progressed with the first session by Dr. Dadasaheb Kokare, Professor, UDPS Nagpur on "How to write a good research proposal'. In his presentation, he shared his experiences of writing a research proposal. The nest session was delivered by Nishikant Raut, Professor, UDPS Nagpur. In his talk on "Overseas Fellowship for University and college teacher", He talked about the various foreign fellowships and ways to apply for them. Post lunch session began with a very energetic talk by Prashant Kharkar, Professor, ICT, Mumbai on "Do's and don't's of Research paper writing". Last session was delivered by Nilesh Mahajan, Professor, DBCOP, Nagpur on the very interesting topic "Ethics in research publication" All the talks were very well received and much appreciated by the participants. The program was ended with concluding remarks and a National anthem.
